Planning and Field Work
At the outset of an engagement, Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC) assigns a corporate officer who serves as a project manager to oversee the workflow and maintain close communication with the client at each stage of the valuation process.
The project manager then discusses the assignment with the client. This enables RERC to thoroughly understand the client's needs, expectations, and reasons for ordering the appraisal, as well as the property's background.
